Chanelle Prince Travel operates under a non-refundable payment policy. When payment is made, work begins. This protects the value of the time and expertise invested on your behalf. No exceptions. No negotiations.

Last Updated: January 2026. Version 1.0. These terms apply to all services offered by Chanelle Prince Travel.
Payment Policy
Chanelle Prince Travel accepts payment via Zelle or invoice only. All payments must be received and confirmed in full before any services commence. Invoice payments are due within 48 hours of issuance. Failure to submit payment within 48 hours will result in automatic cancellation of the booking. No other forms of payment will be accepted. Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined herein.
Non-Refundable Payment Policy
All fees paid to Chanelle Prince Travel are non-refundable upon receipt of payment. This policy applies to every service, every tier, and every package without exception. Work commences immediately upon payment confirmation. All fees are retained upon receipt of payment in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Change Fee Policy
Any changes to a travel itinerary quote request after work has commenced are subject to a $65 change fee, due immediately before any new research begins. The original travel request is defined as the information submitted at the time of booking. Any deviation from the original submitted request constitutes a change. Change fees are non-refundable regardless of whether the change results in a new booking.
Cancellation Policy
A $65 cancellation processing fee applies to all service cancellations. All fees paid are retained upon receipt of payment. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@chanelleprince.com. Cancellations submitted within 7 days of the confirmed travel date result in full forfeiture of all fees paid. Vendor, supplier, hotel, and airline cancellation policies are independent of Chanelle Prince Travel policies and are solely the responsibility of the client. Travel date is defined as the first day of the confirmed travel itinerary as submitted at the time of booking.
No Show Policy
A no show is defined as failure to appear for confirmed travel or a confirmed session without written cancellation submitted at least 7 days prior to the travel date or session date. No shows result in full forfeiture of all fees paid with no credit and no rescheduling.
Written Notice Requirement
All changes, cancellations, and additions must be submitted in writing to info@chanelleprince.com. Verbal requests will not be honored under any circumstances. A request is not confirmed until written acknowledgment is received from Chanelle Prince Travel. Submission of a request does not constitute approval.
Wedding Payment Policy
A signed contract is required before any payment is processed for destination wedding services. The $1,500 deposit secures your date and must be paid upon contract signing. The remaining balance is due within 48 hours of contract execution. Failure to submit the remaining balance within 48 hours will result in automatic termination of the agreement and forfeiture of the deposit. All fees are retained upon receipt of payment regardless of the reason for cancellation, postponement, or modification of the event.
Guest Count Policy
Guest count must be submitted in writing at the time of booking and confirmed by Chanelle Prince Travel in writing. The confirmed written guest count is the binding guest count for pricing purposes. Guest count decreases do not reduce the package price. Guest additions after the 60 day deadline are subject to a $150 per person late addition fee. Guest additions are not permitted within 30 days of the wedding date under any circumstances.
Alignment Session Policy
Alignment sessions are a required component of all wedding planning packages. Each session is 15 to 30 minutes in duration. Sessions exceeding 30 minutes are subject to an additional fee of $75 per 30 minute increment, which must be agreed upon in writing before the session begins. The number of alignment sessions included varies by package and will be outlined in the signed service agreement.
Consulting Session Policy
All consulting sessions must be scheduled within 15 days of purchase. Sessions not completed within 30 days of purchase are considered expired and all fees are retained. No show fees apply as outlined per package. One reschedule is permitted per session with the required advance notice. Chanelle Prince Travel is not responsible for business outcomes resulting from consulting services. Results are contingent upon client implementation, effort, and individual business circumstances.
Right to Refuse Service
Chanelle Prince Travel reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any client at any time. This includes but is not limited to clients who are rude, disrespectful, or abusive in any form of communication. In the event that services are terminated due to client conduct after work has commenced, all fees paid are fully retained. In the event that services are terminated before any work has begun due to client conduct, a $50 administrative processing fee will be retained and the remaining balance refunded within 7 to 10 business days. This is the only circumstance under which any partial refund will be considered. Chanelle Prince Travel reserves the sole right to define what constitutes unacceptable conduct.
Cancellation by Chanelle Prince Travel
In the unlikely event that Chanelle Prince Travel must cancel or terminate services due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to medical emergency, family emergency, or natural disaster, the client will receive a full refund of all fees paid within 7 to 10 business days. This is the only circumstance under which a full refund will be issued.
Dispute and Chargeback Policy
Client agrees to resolve any and all disputes directly with Chanelle Prince Travel in writing via email at info@chanelleprince.com prior to initiating any chargeback, dispute, or claim with their financial institution. Client must allow Chanelle Prince Travel a minimum of 7 business days to respond before escalating to any third party. Initiating a chargeback without prior written notice constitutes a material breach of these terms. Chanelle Prince Travel reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies including civil litigation and recovery of all legal fees, court costs, and damages. All signed contracts, payment confirmations, and communications will be submitted as evidence in any dispute or legal proceeding.
Scope of Service and Liability
Chanelle Prince Travel serves as a travel planning and consulting service only. Chanelle Prince Travel is not responsible for the actions, failures, delays, or negligence of any third party vendor, airline, hotel, or service provider. Client acknowledges that vendor, supplier, hotel, and airline cancellation policies are independent of Chanelle Prince Travel policies and are solely the responsibility of the client.
Business Hours and Response Time
Business hours are Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM Central Standard Time, excluding federal holidays. All written communications received outside of business hours will be processed on the next available business day. Response time is within 48 business hours. A request is not confirmed until written acknowledgment is received from Chanelle Prince Travel.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Chanelle Prince Travel. No verbal agreements, promises, or representations made outside of these written terms shall be considered binding. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
