Payment Policy
Full payment is required upon contract signing. The $1,500 deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due within 48 hours of contract execution. Failure to submit the remaining balance within 48 hours will result in automatic termination of the agreement and forfeiture of the deposit. All fees are retained upon receipt of payment regardless of the reason for cancellation, postponement, or modification of the event.
Alignment Sessions
Throughout the planning process, alignment sessions will be scheduled to ensure all details are on track and both parties are in full agreement before moving forward. Each alignment session is 15 to 30 minutes. These sessions are included in your package and are a required part of the planning process. Sessions exceeding 30 minutes are subject to an additional fee of $75 per 30 minute increment, agreed upon in writing before the session begins.

Wedding Landing Page
$300
Custom landing page with wedding details, guest booking information, and couple photos. One round of edits included. All fees are retained upon receipt of payment. Must be paid in full before work begins.
In Destination Coordination
$1,500 flat fee
Chanelle on site at your destination. Client is responsible for all travel, hotel accommodations (minimum 2 nights), and per diem of $150 per day. Coordination covers up to 3 days. Additional days at $300 per day. Must be booked and paid in full 90 days before the event. Client is responsible for any additional costs incurred due to travel disruptions.

Guest Cancellation Policy

Every Change Requires Notice.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to weddings@chanelleprince.com. Verbal requests will not be honored. The couple is financially responsible for all guest cancellation fees. Guest count decreases do not reduce the package price.
90 Plus Days

31 to 60 Days

0 to 30 Days
Before Wedding

$250 fee plus any non-recoverable vendor or hotel costs transferred to the guest.
Guest addition deadline: Guests must be confirmed in writing no later than 60 days before the wedding date. Guests added after the deadline are subject to a $150 per person late addition fee, payable immediately. Guest additions are not permitted within 30 days of the wedding date under any circumstances. Non-recoverable hotel or vendor costs remain the sole responsibility of the cancelling guest.
